Project Approach

Once we agree to move forward, we schedule a dedicated kickoff session. In this phase, we define the purpose of the onboarding program, map out the route ahead, and set meaningful milestones. We also establish a project group with key stakeholders to ensure ownership, engagement, and alignment from day one.

Research and Insights

With the project group in place, we dive deeper into understanding your current and desired onboarding experience. Through a combination of interviews, surveys and existing data, we uncover what is working well, where friction exists, and what future success should look like.

In a collaborative workshop, we map out the current onboarding activities and collect ideas to improve the program.This research phase builds clarity, shared understanding, and broad internal support.

Designing the Onboarding Program

Using the insights from our research, we craft a 30-60-90 day program that aligns with your goals, culture, and operational reality.We define the content, structure, and priorities, and determine who plays which role in bringing the experience to life.

This may include checklists, communication touchpoints, tools and training components. Every element is designed with intention to create a program that is both practical and relevant.

Implementation

With the program defined, we translate it into a clear implementation plan with concrete actions, roles, and timelines. Throughout the process, I monitor progress, support key decisions, and ensure the onboarding experience becomes part of everyday practice.
